It was an immense pleasure to have a conversation with the CEO of Alpharive Tech. Myself, Janet Jhon, and Prisicila in 2nd year Bcom at Lady Doak College had the chance to interview Mr. Senthil Kumar, CEO of Alpharive Tech Pvt Ltd Madurai. It was a very interactive session to discuss the IT sector and Blockchain technology. We gathered more knowledge about the tech world and the work culture of Alpharive Tech. The interview section was very inspiring, we put forth the following questions, and his responses were educational. 

Mr. Senthil Kumar’s background is completely different from what he is today. He completed his studies in Medicine. He wanted to try something different and unique. This is the reason he chose IT and particularly Web3 and Blockchain technology. His eagerness turned into passion, and that’s how Alpharive Tech was born. 

He was quite lucky and did not have major consequences because he was working as a team. Having the right person at the right time is very important. His supporting pillars were his employees, two Vice Presidents Mr.Chandru Murugan and Mr.Vinoth Kumar, HR head Mrs. Dhahiya. Because of this team, there were no consequences, and they handled it by themselves. The recruitment process will be processed quickly by HR. And the sales and marketing department will be managed by the HRM.

 He faced a lot more difficulties. Only a few people typically accepted his work. He ought to take action to win that confidence. It took some work to win that trust at first. People ordinarily would not initially accept it, particularly when it pertains to a beginning. We need to persuade them that startups may help them advance in their careers. This would be the primary impact or difficulty for every startup or at least faced by him.

He feels they haven’t completely grown yet. He believes they have traveled a long way since the starting point. Although we are in a good place, there is still work to be done.

Nothing seems worse to him. What he likes best is that he believes “He can be with people.” With a group of brothers, He will be growing up together. His mentality does not allow to be the one making the orders while others carry them out. That is not the case here. Anybody is free to express their own opinion. The best thing, in his opinion, is allowing everyone their freedom.   “He is one of the employees here; he does not have a position of authority.” Managing everything is a crucial part. They must take care of all 40 people if you have to accomplish anything. It will be challenging, but we cannot see it as the worst aspect.

There are several goals in his mind. He wants his team to grow and establish their business in every country. There are still more achievements for him to make. Currently, there are 40 of us on the team; throughout the next five years, he expects to have roughly 1000 more members to join this family. This clarifies his objectives.

Vice President, Mr.Chandru Murugan inspires the staff and him to work harder. He learned so many new things from them. They’ll talk about anything. “My team is what keeps me going.” They give him the motivation to work hard.

Every day you pick up a new skill. It is a lesson for you. You need to learn a lot every day.

Covid recruitment was really challenging because you cannot meet them in person. That was a significant drawback. It was challenging to keep an eye on their attitudes and actions. However, there has still been cogent recruitment. They introduced work snap so that their work was uploaded, and to keep track of their work. They supplied all of the systems and networking resources. Even though it was difficult, hiring was still going on.

From his words, You need to determine the resource. Recognize the cause of rejection. At every stage you move, you will meet rejection. You need to locate the origin. Work on it and keep becoming better, and you’ll find the answers. Consider that a lesson. Recognize your areas of weakness. To develop it, we take it to the brain.

One thing to remember from the CEO is “Develop your skills and the companies are open to hiring you.” Alpharive Tech is a startup company in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Alpharive Tech is a Software Development Company that deals with Web3 and Blockchain technologies.

Mr. Senthil Kumar is not just a CEO but also an employee in his company. He considers every individual’s well-being. At the end of our interview, we learned about  NFTs, and Crypto is the recent buzz around. Their motto is that Alpharive always stands for growing together.
